As an author, world-class communicator, resource developer, negotiator, and respected voice in leadership development, his influence spans the for-profit, non-profit, business, and government sectors, bringing transformational change to leaders, teams, companies, and communities.

As the Founder and Co-Owner of CompleMentor, Monty is dedicated to inspiring and helping others win. His creation of the Life-Action-Grid, a personal and professional leadership model, is revolutionizing how leaders and teams live and lead. Monty has had the honor of sitting with two U.S. Presidents and working with Congress and agencies in Washington, D.C. His vast experience includes collaborating with leaders on both national and international levels.

Monty’s creativity and ability to find innovative solutions for complex issues have resulted in the development of multiple impactful resources and models. As a thought leader and implementor, he has successfully brought together unlikely allies to improve communities and impact culture. Monty introduced the concept of creating a “permission slip for partnership,” aligning key solution providers and positioning organizations at the center of community solutions.

He has co-authored a decision-making resource called Questions to Live By and is working on a leadership book titled Leadership Cancer, which will be released this year.
